- Concierge engagements are reserved for clients of the firm — buyers, owners and managed-property clients. We accept a limited number of external mandates each year by referral.
- How do I activate the service?
- Choose a tier in your portal or speak with your advisor. We follow up with a private intake call within 48 hours.
- What hours do you cover?
- Silver and Gold operate Cyprus business hours with after-hours support for active requests. Platinum is on-call across time zones.
- Is everything confidential?
- Yes. Discretion is the default. Every member of the concierge team operates under written confidentiality obligations.
- Can you handle requests before I arrive?
- That is the point. Most clients brief us a week ahead — provisioning, reservations, drivers and any private arrangements are in place before you land.
- Are third-party costs included?
- No. The concierge fee covers our time and coordination. Restaurants, drivers, charter, chefs and other third-party services are billed at cost with full transparency.
