Mortgage & lending coordination for Cyprus property
Before you commit to a property, sit down with a Lextrus advisor: know what you can realistically borrow, which authorised intermediary or bank fits your profile, and how the money will really cost.
The right finance is worth more than the right rate
Cypriot mortgages vary widely by lender, currency and borrower profile — and a declined application can cost you a purchase. One consultation replaces guesswork with a structured borrowing plan and a clear referral path.

Mortgage & lending coordination — FAQ
What does a mortgage consultation with Lextrus cover?
Your borrowing capacity, the lenders or credit intermediaries most likely to suit your profile, indicative terms, and the full cost and timeline from enquiry to drawdown.
Can non-residents get a mortgage in Cyprus?
Yes. Non-residents can typically borrow 60–70% of the property value depending on income profile and the asset. A consultation tells you what is realistic and refers you to the right party before you commit.
Which currencies are available?
EUR is most common. GBP and USD facilities are available with selected lenders for qualifying borrowers.
How long does a Cyprus mortgage take?
Eight to twelve weeks from application to drawdown is typical with a clean file and valuation. We manage the coordination with the intermediary and your lawyer throughout.
Do you work for a bank?
No. Lextrus is a real estate broker. We coordinate your mortgage enquiry and refer you to authorised credit intermediaries and banks; we do not ourselves arrange or negotiate loans.
Talk to an advisor before you talk to a bank
Book your consultation and we will map your borrowing options and refer you to the right authorised intermediary — in person, by video call, or in the language you prefer.
