Key findings
- Contracts of sale rose 3.7× between 2015 and 2025, from 4,952 to 18,114 — the strongest year since 2007.
- Prices lagged volumes: the CBC index only regained its 2010 nominal level around 2025, with apartments +27% and houses barely moved.
- The first seven months of 2026 produced 12,047 contracts, up 14.1% year on year.
- Central forecast: 20,000–21,000 contracts in 2026, plateauing at 21,000–23,000 by 2028–2030.
- Cumulative nominal residential price growth 2026–2030 in the base case: +20% to +25%.
