Do you take sole or multi-agency mandates?
We work on both sole and multi-agency mandates. We prefer sole-agency basis to control presentation, narrative and buyer quality.
What is your commission?
Standard mandates are agreed at a competitive percentage of the sale price. Trophy assets are quoted individually. For more info please check the sellers portal.
Can you sell discreetly without public listing?
Yes — many of our most significant transactions never reach a portal. Ask about our whisper programme.
