Are funds held securely?
Yes. Tenant deposits and rents are held in segregated client accounts and reconciled monthly. You receive a full statement and tax-ready year-end summary.
How do you vet tenants?
Personal interviews, employment and income verification, prior-landlord references and ID checks. We refuse tenancies that do not meet our standard.
What happens in an emergency?
A 24/7 emergency line is staffed for tenants. We triage, dispatch our trusted trades and notify you with a short report and cost estimate before any non-trivial spend.
Can you take over from another manager?
Yes. We handle the handover end-to-end: file transfer, deposit reconciliation, tenant introduction and inventory check.
Do you handle short-lets and Airbnb?
Yes — under our Short-Let tier, with full compliance for the Cyprus tourist accommodation register.
Can I use the property myself?
Of course. We block owner dates in the calendar and prepare the residence for your arrival under any tier.
