- What happens in an emergency?
- A 24/7 emergency line is staffed for tenants. We triage, dispatch our trusted trades and notify you with a short report and cost estimate before any non-trivial spend.
- Can you take over from another manager?
- Yes. We handle the handover end-to-end: file transfer, deposit reconciliation, tenant introduction and inventory check.

- Can I use the property myself?
