Pedoulas village is situated in the Troodos mountain range within the Marathasa Valley. Administratively part of the Nicosia District, it stands at an altitude of 1,100 meters. Access to the village follows the route: E901, then road B9, road E908, and finally road F960.

Pedoulas is surrounded by orchards, mainly cherry trees, making it renowned for its fruit-derived products. The village holds significant religious importance due to the Church of Archangel Michael, dating back to 1474. It is classified among Cyprus's most impressive Byzantine churches, featuring remarkable frescoes of incredible artistry. The Church is part of the route with the 10 Byzantine Churches and is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
